LAS VEGAS, NV - MANAGING DIRECTOR, LEGAL DIVISION. Based in our Western Region and corporate offices in Las Vegas, NV, the successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment and presentation of attorney candidates to our existing law firm clients in an assigned U.S. territory, as well as the acquisition of new attorney recruitment assignments from prospective new law firm clients. Prior legal and/or lateral hire recruitment experience is preferred, but not required. We offer a comprehensive 2 day training program, followed by comprehensive OTJ (On-the-Job) training.
Responsibilities of each Managing Director include the recruitment and presentation of candidates to our existing clients, as well as the obtaining of new recruitment assignments from clients in assigned territories. Strong oral and written communication skills required. In this key role, the successful candidate will assume total P&L responsibility for recruiting in assigned markets/regions. Each Managing Director directs and manages the success of his/her own territory; namely, the acquisition of new clients and the servicing of existing clients, along with the “hands on”, day-to-day recruitment of key candidates in support of our clients hiring needs within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate may have a background in sales, telemarketing sales, call-center environment, retired school teacher, business professional, paralegal, or legal assistant.
The Managing Director, Legal Division position includes an attractive base compensation plus a substantial commission opportunity, providing a potential income that may meet or well exceed $100,000 or more after the first year, with long-range earnings potential virtually unlimited. ASHLAND, KY – MARKET RESEARCH DIRECTOR, LEGAL DIVISION. To be based in our Eastern Region offices in Ashland, KY, the successful candidate will be responsible for all candidate and client research work needed in support of our Legal Division Managing Directors located in our Western Region office in Las Vegas. The successful candidate will join in supporting two (2) existing Market Research Directors who are already working in our Eastern Region offices in KY.
Responsibilities of the Market Research Director include the assimilation of all client, market and candidate data to be used in the support of our Managing Directors/recruiters, including the completion of attorney candidate research, law firm client research, research conducted on the internet and through other sources, etc. A complete training program will be provided by the company’s CEO. The Market Research Director will receive an attractive base compensation, plus bonuses tied to candidate placements in the Western Region which have been researched by the Market Research Director. This is a full-time opportunity. No experience is required, as training is on-going – we will be more than happy to train the successful candidate.
